7 Day Split; Push Focused

This program is a 6 week program that is designed to emphasize chest, shoulder and tricep development while incorporating proper rest for optimal recovery. It consists of a five-day weight training split, rotating between lower body, push and pull days focusing on hypertrophy to build strength and muscle size. A 60-minute video call is included to discuss exercises and address any questions you may have prior to starting the program.

Feel free to adjust the weights according to your fitness level, and prioritize form over the amount of weight lifted.
