All members are to know that all memberships are on an auto-renewal basis. It is required a 30 day written notice is given prior to renewal in order for your membership to be cancelled. If a membership is to be put on hold, a $20 charged will be applied and can only be held for a total of 3 months within the contract term. If any membership is put on hold, the months on hold are required to be paid by the member before the member can have the option of cancelling.

Right to Deny Access: The gym may, at its sole discretion, deny access to any member; if a member engages in harassment, intimidation, abusive language, threats, false accusations against staff or other members, or otherwise creates a hostile or unsafe environment.. Payment Obligations: Denial of access under this policy does not release the member from their financial obligations. Members remain responsible for all fees due for the duration of their contract, regardless of access suspension or termination.
