Get ready for an exciting summer at QF Strength and Wellness! We're thrilled to announce our brand new Kids Fitness Program, designed to keep your little ones active, engaged, and healthy throughout July and August. The program will start on Wednesday July 3rd and end on August 30th.

Program Details:

  • Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

  • Times:

    • 11:00 am - 12:00 pm: Kids ages 5-7

    • 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Kids ages 8-12

    • 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Kids ages 13-16

Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your child's spot today! To ensure proper planning, please specify the day(s) of the week your child will be attending. Please note that once the day of the week is selected, it cannot be switched to another day.

Once payment is complete, a QF staff will reach out to you via email to confirm all the details received.

No refunds will be issued once enrollment is confirmed.

Kids Programs

  • Monday Madness: Boxing Blast

    Let your kids unleash their inner boxers! Mondays will be filled with energizing workouts using our boxing bags, gloves, and pad work. They'll learn basic boxing skills while having a blast getting fit.

  • Wednesday Warriors: Agility Adventure

    Get ready for obstacle courses and coordination challenges! Wednesdays will focus on developing physical agility and coordination skills, preparing your child for any sport they choose to pursue.

  • Friday Fun: Fitness Foundations

    Fridays are all about teaching essential fitness movements and proper form. Your kids will learn the importance of movement and set the foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle.
